Cedar Road Meats is a State Inspected meat processing plant with Federal Approval
We adhere to strict humane handling guidelines for your animals, high quality sanitation procedures while adhering to our state and federally approved HACCP plan. Cedar Road Meats is approved for Intrastate Slaughter-this means our customers can ship their products across state lines to restaurants or other USDA facilities. We are one of a few in Wisconsin with this designation. Schedule your animals for harvesting in advance, we have a limited number of spaces each week. Butcher day is Fridays, animals must be delivered Thursday between the hours of 9am-3pm, we will not accept late drop-offs or additional animals at drop off.

CUSTOMER NAMES AND ORDERS ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF THE DROP OFF
Call as soon as possible when canceling or re-scheduling an animal for butchering
